WOODCUT MEDIA AND DUCHESS STREET PRODUCTIONS HIRE EX GREEN DOOR PRODUCER NICHOLAS YEARWOOD AS CONSULTANT EXECUTIVE PRODUCER

Bob & Co partners, Woodcut Media and Duchess Street Productions have secured the services of producer Nicholas Yearwood, to come aboard as Consultant Executive Producer across both companies.

Nicholas will consult on scripted and non-scripted programming , anyearwoodd continue to develop his own independent projects for various established and emerging off-screen talent.

Prior to setting up as a consultant, Yearwood was a founding member of Idris Elba’s production company Green Door Pictures which launched in 2014. During his tenure he operated as Executive Producer, as well as Head of Development.  He was responsible for executive producing a variety of non-scripted programming including the Sky series Ones to Watch, the Idris Elba directed short, Beats of the Beautiful Game, as well as documentary films such as Mandela My Dad and Me, directed by BAFTA award-winning Daniel Vernon.

 

“After nearly three amazing years at Green Door Pictures, it has been a privilege to see the company grow and I feel now is the right time to explore a variety of interesting and exciting opportunities elsewhere. After two successful co-productions with Woodcut, I’m delighted to be continuing that relationship and look forward to further developments with Duchess Street and other Indies in due course,” commented Nicholas Yearwood.
