Jeremy is an award winning TV executive and founder of Lion Television. He was trained at the BBC, producing an eclectic mix of programmes including live magazines, quizzes, current affairs, drama and documentaries.
He became executive producer in charge of most of BBC One’s prime time docs before leaving to set up Lion Television with two former BBC Colleagues in 1997. Lion became one of the top UK indies producing hundreds of hours of TV from bases in London, LA, New York and Glasgow. These ranged from the groundbreaking Castaway, through blue-chip international series (Rome, with Mary Beard), high volume daytime series (Homes Under The Hammer) to international formats (Cash Cab, Playing It Straight) and into children’s programming (Horrible Histories, Officially Amazing.)
Lion was sold to All3Media and Jeremy left in 2015. He joined Bob and Co in autumn 2015 to chair Woodcut Media and Spark TV, and became the group’s CEO in autumn 2016.
